Chromatics – “At Your Door” (8-Track Demo Version)

Chromatics have kept relatively quiet since dropping their massive synth-pop opus, Kill For Love, on the world in 2012. That still hasn't changed, but band member Johnny Jewel has spent the last couple of weeks uploading rarities and various odds and ends to his Soundcloud. Today, he's gifted us with an old demo version of Kill For Love highlight "At Your Door." It's recognizably the same song, but several layers of the dense, pulsating electronics that make up the final version have been peeled back, revealing moody electric piano beneath. Listen below.
