Real Estate's remarkably pleasant album Atlas is something like eight months old now. But that thing has legs, and it makes sense that they're still in the late-night musical-guest roundtable. Last night, the band rolled through Conan playing a lovely and twinkly version of their single "Crime." The band's guitar interplay has always been a lush and intricate thing, and it's impressive how they can just do that, on demand, with TV cameras pointing at them. Also, Martin Courtney wore a vintage-looking Feelies shirt, which was a nice touch. Watch it below.
