Twin Shadow's sensualist synthpop always seemed bigger than the bonds of indiedom could contain. And next month, we'll hear what George Lewis, Jr. can do when he's got a major-label budget working for him. We've already heard "To The Top" and "Turn Me Up," two early tracks from Twin Shadow's major-label debut Eclipse. And now he's shared "I'm Ready," a sweaty, longing ballad with an absolutely towering chorus. This song makes me want to make some sort of romantic melodrama with Reese Witherspoon in it just so I can put this song over the end credits. Listen to "I'm Ready" below.
