Janet Jackson is back! After some wishy-washy rumors last week that she'd be releasing an album, the singer officially announced it on Saturday, which was her 49th birthday. "This year: new music, new world tour, a new movement," she said in a video that she posted on Twitter. "I've been listening. Let's keep the conversation going." The tweet was hashtagged with #ConversationsInACafe, which could end up being the record's title. It'll be her first release since 2008.
