Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood Shares His Current Cultural Recommendations
Jonny Greenwood is the lead guitarist and keyboardist for Radiohead, which already gives him a huge amount of pop cultural cachet. But he’s also celebrated director Paul Thomas Anderson’s film score composer of choice, and he’s been writing great classical music for a while now, so he’s respected in high cultural circles as well. Basically, he’s just the kind of person whose opinions on pretty much anything people want to hear, which is probably why The Guardian chose him as the latest focus of their “On My Radar” series, in which various celebrities write about the cultural items — books, films, albums, whatever — that they’re currently enjoying. Check out his picks below.
