Daye Jack – “Hands Up” (Feat. Killer Mike)
Atlanta singer/MC Daye Jack has teamed up with unstoppable rapper, outspoken activist, and all-around good guy Killer Mike on “Hands Up,” a track that directly addresses the racism and police brutality that have claimed too many lives this year. “Living with my head down, hands up/ No no, don’t shoot,” Jack sings, while Mike opens his verse with “Maybe the kid that you refer to as a thug is just somebody else’s baby.” Listen below.
