BottleRock 2016 Lineup
Napa Valley, California’s BottleRock Festival is the rare music festival that does not give one solitary fuck about being cool, which might by why the 2014 festival featured forgotten ’90s relics like Smash Mouth and the Spin Doctors alongside Matt & Kim and Deerhunter. They’ve just announced the lineup for this year’s fest, which goes down 5/27-29, and the headliners include the perennial forces Stevie Wonder and Red Hot Chili Peppers, alongside Florence + The Machine, maybe summer 2016’s busiest festival act. The bill includes plenty of questionable names — the Lumineers, Lenny Kravitz, Andy Grammer. But there are also plenty of quality artists, including people you might not have thought about in a while: Buddy Guy! The Pharcyde! The Joy Formidable! The festival also features Death Cab For Cutie, Gogol Bordello, SOAK, White Sea, and plenty of others. We’ve got the full lineup below.
