Brooklyn synth-pop trio Papertwin are gearing up to release a new self-recorded and produced 6-song EP, Vacation, on 6/24 via Druyan Records. Today we’re premiering “The Pool,” the EP’s first single. The track combines reverb-doused vocals that draw on influences as disparate as the Cure and Gillian Welch, accompanied by a sprawling synth lead that makes the track instantly engaging.
