We’re still a few weeks out from the release of the Avalanches’ long-in-the-works Wildflower, but we’ve had enough to keep us occupied since the album was officially announced last month. (It’s been 16 years! What’s a few more days?) We’ve heard “Frankie Sinatra,” “If I Was A Folkstar,” and (via a hotline) “Subways,” and had the opportunity to preview every song on the album, and today we’re getting another full new track in the form of “Colours,” which just debuted on Zane Lowe’s Beats1 show. It’s built around vocals from Mercury Rev’s Jonathan Donahue. You can listen to it below.
