Canonical punk rock heroes Descendents are gearing up to release Hypercaffium Spazzinate, their first album in 12 years, and first single "Victim Of Me" is an extremely welcome shot of grown-up bile. The song's brand-new video is a bare-bones no-frills live-performance clip, and it shows the band in fighting form, playing to a small and enthusiastic crowd in mythic black-and-white.
