Bright Eyes Announces The Studio Albums 2000-2011 Box Set
This September, Saddle Creek Records will release a collection of Bright Eyes studio albums in a limited edition box set fittingly titled The Studio Albums 2000-2011. Limited to 5,000 copies worldwide, the set will include new, Bob Ludwig-remastered versions of Fevers And Mirrors on 2xLP maroon vinyl, LIFTED on 2xLP black and yellow swirl vinyl, I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning on light yellow vinyl, Digital Ash In A Digital Urn on 2xLP light blue vinyl with a D-Side etching, Cassadaga on 2xLP clear vinyl, as well as the original master of The People’s Key on orange swirl vinyl. The colored vinyl for these reissued is exclusive to the box set, which is encased in a foil stamped linen wrapped box and also includes 12 8×10 photo prints by Butch Hogan, who has photographed Conor Oberst’s various project over the years, and an essay by Oberst’s manager Nathaniel Kernel.
If you don’t have the cash to drop on the whole box set, each of the albums will be reissued on black vinyl in November, with Fevers and Mirrors and LIFTED coming on 11/4; I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning, Digital Ash in a Digital Urn, and Cassadaga will hit shelves the following week.
