The idiosyncratic singer-songwriter Regina Spektor is coming back this fall with a new album called Remember Us To Life — her first since 2012’s What We Saw From The Cheap Seats and since her Orange Is The New Black theme song “You’ve Got Time” got permanently stuck in our collective head. The first single from the new album is “Bleeding Heart,” a flighty, bloopy tune that switches things up a few times, turning into a rock rager and a grand, sweeping ballad before its four minutes are up.
