Carl Sandburg's Chicago Poems is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and to commemorate the occasion, musician David Nagler recruited a number of Chicago-based songwriters to sing on his musical settings of Sandburg's poetry. Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy is one of the project's participants, and he sang the words to Sandburg's autumnal "Theme In Yellow" against a contemplative sway. Listen via Vulture below.
