Rappers have been rapping about money-counting machines for decades, but for whatever reason, the past few weeks have seen some truly catchy songs that are entirely about those machines. New songs from D.R.A.M. and Gucci Mane with Rick Ross have had a lot of fun with that money-counter noise, and now the Migos have gotten in on the fun. On the new song “Money Counter,” the Atlanta trio and newly minted G.O.O.D. Music signees team up with the South Carolina rapper Dirty Dave to throw around enthusiastic, playful money-talk. One of these days, we will presumably get a new Migos album or mixtape, but they do not appear to be in any hurry.
