Chance The Rapper, Frank Ocean Attending Tonight’s White House State Dinner
Chance The Rapper was one of a number of rappers and musicians who went to the White House in April to discuss criminal justice reform. He must’ve made a good impression, because the Obamas have invited him back for tonight’s final State Dinner, which will honor Italy. Chance’s dad Ken Bennett, who served as a deputy assistant to Obama back when he was a Senator in Illinois, will also be in attendance.
