London noisemakers HMLTD, the band formerly known as Happy Meal LTD, are back today with a jarring new video for “Stained,” the A-side from their debut 7″. (We heard B-side “Is This What You Wanted?” last month.) The new track matches hauntingly aggressive bellows with a post-punk backing track that’s alternately dissonant, explosive, and gorgeously crystalline. In director Jenkin Van Zyl’s video, grotesque body horror, colorful pageantry, and strobe effects combine into something absolutely wild. Watch below if you dare, and please be warned that the strobe effects are intense.
