If you read my countdown of the year's best pop songs yesterday, you know I'm stoked for this one. "The Weekend," from SZA's spectacular Ctrl, was on the list, as were two tracks from Calvin Harris' Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 including #1 stunner "Slide." Now Harris has remixed "The Weekend" to sound like a Funk Wav Bounces track. What it loses in melancholic allure, it makes up for in, uh, funk wav bounce. Listen below.
