At last year's Grammys, Sabrina Carpenter gave a memorable performance of "Espresso" and "Please Please Please" from Short N' Sweet, an album that earned her two awards. Its followup, Man’s Best Friend, arrived quickly, only extending the pop star's time in the spotlight. Tonight she took the stage for the second consecutive year at the Grammys and sang "Manchild," playing the pilot in a great airport-themed performance.
Whereas Short N' Sweet earned Carpenter eight nominations last year, Man's Best Friend was up for seven. The LP is nominated for Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album, and the track "Manchild" is up for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Music Video.
