Alabaster DePlume Announces New EP Dear Children Of Our Children, I Knew: Epilogue: Hear “It’s Only Now Once (Elbit Systems Windowpane)”

Last year, Alabaster DePlume released his latest album, A Blade Because A Blade Is Whole. While touring it in March with bassist Shahzad Ismaily and drummer Tcheser Holmes, the experimental jazz/pop artist was recording an EP of instrumentals, and that's being announced today. It's called Dear Children of Our Children, I Knew: Epilogue.

"Meeting with you all at the shows I sensed that you felt voiceless, on this ethical issue that also spelled out what we’re seeing today, in the form of ICE," DePlume says. "That experience with you is etched into me, like graffiti or a poster on the wall. It's my job to deliver your voice, and that’s what this record is. And to take action. That urgency compelled me to record then. And now here we are. As we said, this world is awakening to the reality it was already living."

The lead single "It's Only Now Once (Elbit Systems Windowpane)" is out now. Listen below.

TRACKLIST:
01 "Bringing Up The Nakba"
02 "Play A Role In It And I Know"
03 "It's Only Now Once (Elbit Systems Windowpane)"
04 "Glass"
05 "What Did The Child Say / Facing Reality"

Dear Children of Our Children, I Knew: Epilogue is out 5/5 via International Anthem. Pre-order it here.
