ELUCID & Sebb Bash – “The Lorax” (Feat. billy woods)

He is ELUCID; he speaks for the trees. The great elliptical New York rapper ELUCID recently teamed up with Swiss-born producer Sebb Bash to record the new collaborative album I Guess U Had To Be There, and it comes out on Friday. Breezly Brewin, Estee Nack, and Shabaka Hutchings make appearances. We've posted the early singles "First Light" and "Make Me Wise," and now they've got a new song that features billy woods.

As you may be aware, ELUCID and billy woods are the two members of Armand Hammer, arguably the greatest rap group on the face of the planet right now. They always sound great together. On "The Lorax," the two of them rip apart Sebb Bash's deep, eerie thunk of a track. woods talks about rappers fighting their own fans like Malice At The Palace, so you already know this is a good song. Listen below.

I Guess U Had To Be There is out 3/13 on Backwoodz Studioz.
