Thaiboy Digital hasn't released an album of his own in four years, though he has collaborated here and there with his fellow Drain Gang affiliates: Over the past couple of years the Thailand-born rapper/producer has appeared on projects like Bladee's Cold Visions and the compilation album Rift Two. Meanwhile, Thaiboy Digital is also one of the many members of swedm®, a Drain Gang-adjacent electronic music collective that includes Bladee, Whitearmor, Eurohead, Jamesjamesjames, and Skrillex, to name a few. You may have heard swedm®'s production across many tracks on Skrillex's album from last year.
Today Thaiboy Digital announced Paradise, his new album made with the folks of swedm®. It's out in May from Thaiboy's own label Bank Of Star Sound System (B.O.S.S.S.). Paradise include last week's slick, synth-heavy single "Silk Road" as well as today's new one "Euro Dollar Yen," a fun take on classic bass-thumping Eurodance. Idan Barazani directed moth music videos, which you can check out below.
