youbet are releasing their eponymous new album next month. We've heard the singles "Ground Kiss," and "Receive," both of which are great. But today the Brooklyn band is back with "Undefined," and it's even better.
"I wrote 'Undefined' while waiting for a guitar student and started to work out this interesting melody and chords," Nick Llobet says. "The verse came quick which isn’t always the case with my songwriting, sometimes it takes me a while to develop a fully fledged section of a song. Things that come this naturally to me usually make the cut in terms of what I want to play with the band live or record."
Said melody and chords are extremely haunting — just catchy and creepy enough to linger. The track comes with a music video directed by Callan Thomas. Watch below.
