Artist To Watch Laura Veirs has some news. She joins Colin Meloy and his thesaurus for a song on forthcoming Decemberists album The Crane Wife. But first that performance of French kids singing her songs will get a limited-edition official release!
The group has been christened French Young Rapture Choir (curious syntax -- someone call Noam Chomsky). The show was recorded live by Tucker Martine and will be available only on tour and through a series of tubes.
