We haven't been (at all) shy about how much we like Gang Gang Dance's Saint Dymphna in person and in recorded form. If you haven't had a chance to catch the New York institution live, this footage of an October show atLa Flèche d'Or in Paris offers a bit of an idea of what it's like. There's a charisma that radiates from GGD when you're in the same room, though, and you don't really get that here ... but you do get multiple camera angles. This is "Egowar," off pre-buzz, also brilliant God's Money.

Saint Dymphna is out via The Social Registry. Remember, we also showed you GGD doing "House Jam" in Tokyo, but no need for second-hand smoke at this point: They're still on the road.
