Unfortunately, this isn't an Ozzy homage. When not hanging around with Elvis Costello -- whose Spectacle With... advertisements have invaded the NYC subways -- she's promoting her own Acid Tongue. Surprisingly, "Barking" has nothing to do with Costello or her album; instead, it has everything to do with Disney's animated, dog-starring Bolt. The film's soundtrack also includes "I Thought I Lost You," a duet between Miley Cyrus and John Travolta, because Disney is all about those sorts of May-December relationships. In the meantime, Jenny has got so much to give:

As BV notes, the film (but not the soundtrack) also includes Motorhead's "Dog-Face Boy."
The Bolt soundtrack is out via Walt Disney Records, which is likely why Lemmy isn't on it.
