The Nashville fuzz-rock four-piece Bully released a truly promising EP last year, and they’re following it up sometime soon with an as-yet-untitled new album. Frontwoman Alicia Bognanno recorded, engineered, and mixed the LP at Steve Albini’s Electrical Audio studio, where she once interned, and “I Remember,” the first song we’ve heard from the album, is in line with Albini’s scraping, no-frills approach. It’s a fired-up blast of effects-pedal roar and Bognanno’s hurtling intensity. Check it out below.
