The Horrors keyboard and synth man Tom Furse is set to put out a new solo EP, Child Of A Shooting Star, later this month. Earlier this week, he shared the first track, "Trans-Universal Express," and today he's given us another one. "The Ocean Is Teacher" takes all the energy of the first track and dull it down to a jazz club-inspired twinkle, with gently plodding horns and a shimmering complacency. Listen via The Quietus below.
