After snubbing good kid, m.A.A.d. city in favor of Macklemore in 2014, the 2016 Grammys are attempting to make up for their mistake by rewarding Kendrick Lamar with a whopping 11 nominations. The rapper celebrates that fact in a new promo video directed by Dave Meyers and the Little Homies, in which fans excitedly recognize him around town and he extolls the virtues of hard work to a young friend.
