Chairlift – “Crying In Public”

Later this months, idiosyncratic Brooklyn pop greats Chairlift will release Moth, their third album and their first since 2012's Something. We've seen the videos for their impressive early singles "Ch-Ching" and "Romeo," and now they've shared a third song called "Crying In Public." It's a lush, warm, twitchy tune with a whole lot going on, both melodically and production-wise. It's honestly possible that Caroline Polachek's voice has never sounded better than it does on this song; she's sad and wistful and playful and powerful all at once. Listen to the track below.
