Meek Mill Disses Drake On Second 4/4 EP
Earlier this month, Meek Mill reignited his feud with Drake in a diss track on the surprise EP 4/4. Now, the same night that his nemesis has returned with the new single “Summer Sixteen” — which contains some shots at Meek — Meek has fired back in another surprise EP, also entitled 4/4. The last of the four tracks, “War Pain,” is a Drake diss track, with lines like “See an OVO chain pipe, take that shit,” and “You ain’t write it nigga, we caught you/ Can’t erase that shit/ And you claiming you Hov now?/ Why you state that shit.” (On “Summer Sixteen,” Drake raps, “I used to want to be on Roc-A-Fella, then I turned into Jay.”) The four-track EP features guest appearances from Future, Dave East, and Omelly and production from Beat Bully, Ben Billions, Chopsquad, MandoFresh, and Danny Boy Styles.
