Metallica came roaring back to life this week with “Hardwired,” the promising first single and sort-of title track to their upcoming album Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. And last night, they performed it live for the first time during their headlining concert to celebrate the opening of Minneapolis’ U.S. Bank Stadium, the new home of the Minnesota Vikings.
