Back in 2013, Rivers Cuomo teamed up with Scott Murphy of Chicago pop-punk outfit Allister to release a Japanese-language album called Scott & Rivers. And now, it appears that Scott & Rivers are finishing up their sophomore full-length. Get ready for some more of Rivers singing in Japanese!
