Hey remember Black Kids? From CMJ 2007? Well they're back, if only for a quick MTV2 performance, playing one of the tunes from their (no longer) freely downloadable EP that sent music journos into thesis mode. This performance -- the shaky vocals, the rickety groove -- may help remind you why, but it doesn't change that they're writing indie pop tunes well beyond their years, and their Jacksonville environs.
