Swedish indie-pop singer Waterbaby began 2026 by announcing her new album Memory Be A Blade and releasing its title track to go along with prior singles "Amiss" and "Beck N Call." The latter song was a collaboration with rapper ttoh, who shows back up on today's new release "Clay." This time ttoh has shifted into singing mode, though, turning "Clay" into a melancholic, symphonic duet. The video has a bleary lo-fi affect that reminds me a bit of bar italia, though this is smooth and swooning in a way that band would never be.
